I would like to comment on the recent insider selling. Particularly Paul Hart.

He had 50k $1.10 options expire worthless in May 2014. That may have inspired him to use them or lose them in the future because that expiration was filed together with the other transactions on Jul 18.

So in July, he excercised;

50k options at 0.24 (expiring 2014-12-31)

75k options at 0.56 (expiring 2019-02-18)

Taxes would encourage him to sell at least half to cover the bill.

He sold many of them but not all.

He is still holding 29,500 of the 125k excercised options.
