As I see it, EFL needs to accomplish two objectives ASAP

1) Get a licensing agreement done with Exide Technologies, or whomever, so that the cash can be used to support the Canadian operatons without further shareholder dilution. 2) Find a company, Exide, Canadian Solar or whomever, to invest in EFL so that there is cash available to facilitate the European plant acquisition.
