Message: My question is....

I was thinking and that is dangerous... If I were doing it, I would shut down one line, say 5 and remove the NMP equipment. (30 days) Then I would start installing the EFL equipment while the demo team worked on removing the old cell assembly equipment that would not be needed. (another 30days) When line 5 was about ready to go into start up, I would shut down line 4 and move in the demo team. (30 days) Startup on line 5 should be about complete with operator training and ramp up in progress. Once line 5 is making good product I would then shut down line 3 and start demo while line 4 is completing equipment install. Now with 2 lines down and 3 running a second shift may be needed to keep up the production rate. Anyway you can see the idea... I would think EFL would do something like this.
