Interaction between Li-Tec and Litarion ?

As Daimler announced previously that they will kept Li-Tec (battery assembling) for R&D purpose (and transfer part of staff to battery pack plant located elsewhere in Kamenz), will be interesting to learn about connection between "Electrovaya 2.0" and Li-Tec battery assembling facility, will be surprised they will not be a minimum of interaction as it will allow EFL to assemble battery in top notch facility next door.
Production of battery for electravaya ? R&D ? ECC fund research grant ? German fund research grant ?
In addition to battery assembling Li-Tec have expertise in sub-system design, thermal, BMS ...
