It is on left of Rise Espresso cafe cross Mutual Street Road.

While looking for Rise Espresso on google maps on my iPad see an other more recent photo which clearly show basement ready to accomadate 1.2 MWh battery container (around 11 m long basement), they use First Base Solutions photo with expanded aerial coverage of Toronto.
