My point is, fear is rampant right now and it has to be a very special opportunity for anyone to take on risk at the moment. Although EFL is definitely and finally starting to show some orders, there are still plenty of doubters and investors NOT willing to buy while most are selling everything. But, they are getting closer to changing the sentiment.
