Sure not bad, but selling 53 MWh of Energy Storage (cells + packaging + hardware + software + engineering + maintenance, ...) or 53 MWh of electrodes for the cells ... is very very different in terms of revenue/profit.

With lithium titanate you get very high power, very long cycling and high safety but potential is around 1.5 Volt higher than graphite, instead to get 3.6 V cells you got 2.3 V means lower energy density for same cost of cells so higher $/kWh. Depend on application.
