Norway may be a good place for Electrovaya to build a new electrode and cell manufacturing production line. They own a building there and have a few employees in Norway.

Norway's trade is dominated by the EU, and Norway is the EU's 5th most important import partner. Norway to EU trade amounted to 91.85 € billion in 2008, primarily energy supplies (only 14.1% is manufactured products). The EU's exports to Norway amounted to 43.58 € billion, primarily manufactured products.[1]

Since they (Litarian) are using the German Plant and production will be full out sooon, why not slowly but steadily get an additional production facility ready to go? I would rather see one in the US or even a JV in India, but what the hey. Norway seems to be the low cost option. You know companies negotiating substantial contracts will insist of multiple source in case of a problem. Since Lechlanche used Litarion to help with production as a result of their fire, then would it not be reasonable to believe Lechlanche will back up Litarion until the second plant is operational?

Just some thoughts to fill the time while we wait for the next quarterly report or customer announcement.
