ELECTROVAYA ANNOUNCES DATE OF EARNINGS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS THE THIRD QUARTER 2016 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Electrovaya Inc. will release the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016, on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, after the markets close. The chairman and chief executive officer, Dr. Sankar Das Gupta, and executive vice-president and chief financial officer, Richard Halka, will host a conference call on Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results and provide a business update. Conference call details will be provided with the earnings release.
