What a week! I recently attended the Council of Canadian Innovators | Conseil canadien des innovateurs Capital Markets Summit with my GTA team Filipe Varino and Sarah Romanuck, and heard from experts on preparing for an IPO. Here are some of my key takeaways:

 Raj S. DasGupta (CEO, Electrovaya) on preparing for an IPO: You need near-term pressure and near-term vision, while keeping on the long-term vision. Focus on constant measurement and testing - like a video game - if your goal is to go the IPO route.
