1. What is the current share structure?

100,000,000 shares outstanding

2. Does EFGU have plans to move up to a higher exchange?

Yes, attempting to move to the AMEX listing in 2008

3. EFGU website says "Supermodels of the Rainforest" volume II and III are in post production; will there be a TV series or any near-term plans for it?

No

4. Is EFGU currently buying back shares?

Not at the present time but maybe in the near future.
