The video stars former Miss Teen USA, Allie LaForce, and was designed by celebrity yoga master, Kathleen Kastner. Empire feels that "Teen Yoga" is ideally positioned to address beginners, which are the fastest growing segment of this major exercise movement, and that the video could eventually achieve sales results approaching the two-million DVD units that have been sold by the "Beginner's Yoga" DVD from Gaiam, Inc. starring Rodney Yee.

Allie LaForce won the Miss Teen USA competition in 2005, and is currently attending the University of Ohio where she competes on the women's varsity basketball team. Yoga instructor Kathleen Kastner leads the "Teen Yoga" program with a 55-minute flow routine based on power-yoga poses and routines. The program also features instructions on individual poses, breathing techniques and a "lifestyles" section to encourage a healthy diet and activities.
