I am so with you on saying an absolute NO. Afterall & amonst other datas, the BOE daily by ENE is at a low right now due to production & new well awaiting to be brought on stream - but soon to rise. What an opportunist attempt by Penn.

But I am troubled by one data point in NR: 1: Penn West to buy Endev Energy for C$125.5 million

In NR it is stated: " Penn West Energy Trust said on Wednesday it has agreed to acquire Endev Energy Inc in an all-stock deal that will add about 3,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day to its production base."

What could it mean by Penn West...has agreed to acquire...? Did our Bd approach Penn? If so, our Bd is not looking after the best interests of us shareholders & need to be put on close examination.

I hope this turns out better for shareholders than another one of my other stocks, Tyler Resources, who recently also was gobled up by an inadequate & inferior takeover amount.

We shall see.
