Just curious if Peggy Kent's shares are included in the 46M his group represents? I figure if not, then there is an extra 25M o/s we could add to the 77M already voting NO.
That would push us up over the 100M o/s mark. The closer we get to 160M votes the more chance this has of defeat (and more likely CMM BoD will be wanting to negotiate)
