Erin Ventures Grants Options

October 13, 2011

Erin Ventures Inc. (TSXV: EV) announces that pursuant to its agreement with Triangle Minerals, Inc. it

has granted stock options for a total of 900,000 common shares at
.155 per share, one-third of which

will expire on each of October 13, 2012, October 13, 2013 and October 13, 2014. The Corporation is also issuing 193,547shares for the final share installment under the agreement. The securities are subject to a hold period expiring February 14, 2012.
