Erin Completes Private Placement

Victoria, British Columbia CANADA, January 24, 2012 /FSC/ - Erin Ventures Inc. (EV - TSX Venture),is pleased to announce that it has completed its recently announced proposed private placement. The Company raised a total of $955,500 by the sale of 9,555,000 units at
.10 per unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant; the warrants will have a term of two years and an exercise price of
.25 per share. Erin will pay finder's fees of up to 10%. The proceeds of this placement will be used to fund the company's operations and for working capital. The final closing of the placement is subject to Exchange approval.

In addition, Erin has granted 75,000 employee options with an exercise price of
.10 per share and a term of five years.
