It was interesting to get the point of view of of the "new guy" on the personality of Mr. Bick as it relates to EVG. As pointed out often by pundits, the quality of management is very important. Perhaps, this bit of a story is informative:

Dr. Quinton Hennigh, came to hear of an old prospector having some difficulties. This prospector, like many, was going about his efforts on shoestring finances when a busted tire caused him to limp into Fallon, Nevada after driving 70 miles out of the bush on the spare donut. There he was was stuck with unexpected financial difficulties unable to buy a new tire. Though on his way to a very important personal family and time constrained one once in a lifetime event, he took the time to arrange for a new set of tires for the prospector. Later, he refused the prospector's offer of reembusement of the tires cost.
