My first and past guess was that EVG might try to define a resource as rapidly as possible, but now I'm having second thoughts. Because the mineralization appears to be headed in the direction of the antelope basin and south stock anomalies and because there are additional indications of wider gold outcrops elsewhere on the property defining a resource now might be premature. The up coming phase two drilling program (10 miles of drilling beginning this spring) could widen the scope of the deposit greatly and to spend the money now to define what may turn out to be a relatively modest resource when compared with that which may come later may be out of order. Resource defining needs closely spaced drilling and EVG is still and maybe for a good while at the exploration stage. The mineralization not only has indication of a much wider scope, but also a much deeper one. EVG has reached 1800 feet in depth and the mineralization is intensifying. This is a process, and as you can imagine, the larger the project grows the longer it takes to know exactly what you have. Each step must be carefully and thoughtfully executed which may make for some frustration amid the excitement. Big and rich is good, but mines are built and that takes time relative to size among the many factors. So far, so sweet.
