Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by Dr. Quinton Hennigh, Chief Geologist and President of Evolving Gold Corp.

“We have identified specific targets between North Stock and Antelope Basin, mainly structural. Last year’s drilling indicates the southern margin of the diatreme collapsed along a series of three or more concentric faults. Field examination of these structures revealed significant potassic alteration and gold anomalism (to 300 ppb) suggesting hydrothermal fluids have risen up along them. Historic IP work by Newmont also indicates the presence of targets along these structures.

Prior to drilling, we are going to undertake a series of 8 CSAMT and 3 IP lines over this area to refine targets. CSAMT has been used very effectively at Cripple Creek for target generation. Our CSAMT spacing should allow us reasonably detailed response to about 1200 m.

I am not sure what magnetic you are reviewing, but we have ground magnetic and radiometrics conducted by Newmont, and both are very useful at identifying structure and intrusive. We will be undertaking our own mag-rad and gravity surveys in June.”

Regards,
