VANCOUVER, April 3 /CNW/ - Evolving Gold Corp. (TSXV: EVG) (FSE: EV7) (the "Company") announces that it has issued 350,000 incentive stock options to certain directors and officers of the Company at a price of$0.35. These options will have a 10 year term and are subject to regulatory approval.
