The problem plums and webnugget is the conference didn't end at ten minutes to closing time and it wasn't a bunch of people. It was a single trade of about 150,000 and a couple of smaller ones for about 25,000 each.

And whoever it was didn't mind taking down sell stops all the way up. Usually a big order in a penny stock is not handled in this manner. It cost the purchaser a lot more to dump this order all at once on the market.
