Plums, looks like a dilemma, if you think the price is going above $.65 you do not want the warrants exercised as they will get cheap shares at $.65. However, if the price is kept low, under $.65, the same people can buy on the market below that price. Warrant holders look to be in a good position, if they believe in the company.

How many warrants are out there, I am too lazy to check.
