Listen up folks:

Value of the resource IF there is 20,000,000 ounces @$1050 per ounce before offering was $7.73 per share. We are looking at a 10 - 15% dilution here.

There very well could be more gold than that here.

Gold is fast approaching $12,00 dollars per ounce.

Prefeasability studies and resource estimations cost money. 2 big banks have plunked down $10 Million. in a PP. They keep the units or sell them it is their choice. Either way they expect to make money here and we now have the cash to maybe fastrack this gem.

There are scores of juniors that are starved for cash, we are not and maybe have a little surplus.

Sounds like a good deal to me.
