Peter has written before pp news that he will be agresively buyer under 1$, maybe he knew that already, I am not surprised if he is telling this also now, nothing changed for him, we need next round of assays, brokers like these prices, they will not make any other price target, that's reality. They will buy as much as possible shares at this level and after some time they will ride price to another level with smaller Volume, they are winners like it or not
