Money being an Issue

Yep Chris money being an issue is a real possibility.

I am no fan of dilution. Watching BNN today one of the main topics was the fact that venture capital is at a 14 year low in activity. Being Aggressive in obtaining cash now could be a good move. If money gets tight, the venture capital guys could demand an even larger discount to SP in the future.

The problem may be what Bick alluded to. They may have too much cash as well as a solid prospect. This could make them a target for a hostile takeover bid. I have never been involved in one but I suspect it is not a nice thing.

New at this but it does seem to fit.
