I agree with everything you say...Here is my take on what the problem is. I think that Bick only cares about maintaining his cushy job and outlandish salary. That he over diluted the shares with cheap private placements instead of building a head of steam with less shares outstanding(when I first got into EVG, there were only 7 million shares!!) Bick overdid it with CHEAP p.p. shares that handcuffed the s/p as manipulation was done over and over at the cheap prices to sell off cheap and get the shares back. So now, we are in the same position with another cheap p.p. at .90. We are lucky that he was coninced to only do 10 million shares with half a warrant. I heard he originally wanted to triple the size of the p.p. We are very lucky there. So now we have to wait for the p.p. to close next tuesday before the stock is free to move. But with the 10 million $1.50 warrants expiring feb 2010, can we rise above $1.50?.....So, I hold contempt for the cheap p.p. shares. That really hurt the company. In my eyes, Bick has a lot to prove to me with proper promotion(is there any?) and taking this company to the next level. Quinton is breaking his back to do a fantastic job. I long for the day that Bick does his job commensurate with Quintons job.
