I drive a 650ft boat that can weigh up to 30,000 tons loaded. When after all the input from GPS, Electronic Charts, Radars, my crew and weather forecasts are taken into account most of the time I have drive with my gut. 30 years later I have not had a serious issue or bump. A few small ones but nothing of any consequence. Hindsight has given me the opportunity to say "WHY IN THE F#$%K DID I DO THAT"? That is only 60 million worth of machinery that I drive.

The management at EVG have made their mistakes. They know that. At least they live up to them and try to do their best going forward instead of shoving their heads up their butts. Hopefully the machine these guys are driving will be worth many times mine.
