It was already known that EVG needs RS even before 1 Year. So they could do it even before 1 Year and with RSH property. So now EVG sold RSH for nothing and they said that they need RS because of no Money? It seems to me that NVX never paid anything to EVG for RSH transaction. If that is True the biggest question is why RSH property is not back to EVG. What kind of game they are playing. It should be already $1 Million in cash for EVG but no money from NVX. So yes, the question is what this crook Duncan has done with the Money. Lot of Money just dissapeared and nobody knows about that. There are some job here also for FBI or SEC. So many question about that questionable transaction.
