(OTCBB: EXBXE) announced that it is near completion of its Form 10-K Annual Report and that it will be filed before the December 2, 2009, filing deadline set by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The Company experienced unanticipated delays in completing its financial statements for the fiscal year combined with extraordinary demands on the Company's personnel and resources resulting from the transition of leadership positions within the Company, including the Company's Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officers.
No significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the Form 10-K.
The Company is focused on marketing to its clients its current products, ExoDetect and ExoWatch and developing its other proprietary technology. It also has hired programmers to enhance the ExoDetect and ExoWatch products.
