Exobox Announces Addition of Sam Van Ryder to Sales and Marketing Team

posted on Oct 29, 09 05:00PM

Oct. 29, 2009 -- Today Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTCBB:EXBX) (the “Company”) announced it has retained the services of Sam Van Ryder, former Regional Sales Manager of the company. Mr. Van Ryder returns to Exobox with extensive experience in sales of security software including establishment and management of reseller and channel relationships. Prior to Exobox, Mr. Van Ryder served as Global Partner Manager for AlertLogic, a leading provider of cloud-based IT compliance and security solutions. Before AlertLogic, Mr. Van Ryder served as Regional Sales manager at StillSecure, a comprehensive network security organization. Mr. Van Ryder stated, “I am excited to be back at Exobox, and we will immediately continue to sell and expand channel and reseller relationships for ExoDetect and ExoWatch. These are industry-disruptive products that address a real need in the business world. I am confident we will be able to re-establish sales relationships with existing trial users quickly resulting in recurring revenue for the Company.”

“We are pleased Mr. Van Ryder is rejoining the Exobox team. Sam has a track record of success in the security software industry. With James Meredith overseeing the technology and Sam Van Ryder marketing it, under our new marketing plan, Exobox is back on track to develop and market its products. This completes the latest step in the Company’s plan to establish a significant market presence for our technology. Now that we have addressed our immediate marketing and technology needs, we are aggressively moving forward to interview and retain top quality personnel and implement the other steps needed to ensure that Exobox is fully on track to realize its original mission,” stated Exobox Chairman, Michael Studdard.
