(OTCBB: EXBX) announced that it has filed its Form 10-K Annual Report meeting the December 2, 2009, filing deadline set by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). As a result of the filing, the "E" affixed to Exobox's symbol will be removed and the Company's symbol will appear as "EXBX" on the OTCBB in a few days.
