Dear Exobox Shareholders,

Exobox Technologies Corp. cordially invites all shareholders to attend Coffee & Cookies on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, from 10:00 to 11:00 am CST, at the Exobox offices at 2121 Sage Road, Suite 200, Houston, Texas 77056.

President & CEO Richard Kampa will make a short presentation on the goals and outlook for the company for 2010 and discuss his strategy for the SecureTM EnvironmentalizationTMsoftware that Exobox intends to develop. Scott Copeland, inventor of the SecureTM EnvironmentalizationTMsoftware will be available. Exobox will demonstrate the Company’s currently available software, ExoDetect and ExoWatch, and how it will market the software to corporations during 2010.

Exobox asks any shareholder wishing to attend to please respond to ir@exobox.com by Saturday, January 2, 2010, so the company may plan accordingly. For those shareholders unable to attend, Exobox will make available a video of Mr. Kampa’s presentation on its website, http://www.exobox.com sometime after the presentation.
