Actually if you look at the 8k, they apparently did $792,500 in the last round. I would expect one or two more private placements if they have something near as big as it looks like they might to take advantage of all the business lines they are developing.

The good thing is it looks like any additional financings will be done at higher and higher prices to reduce the dilution. If this China trip generates decent revenue, they may be able to do one more then finance further growth through debt.

Very interesting company, lots of folks watching to see what develops here. They start releasing some material results leading to revenue, this could really explode from here on a valuation basis.
