"The patents are significant as they provide Exousia with full ownership of the underlying intellectual property to its VISTAMER® rubber engineered particle, which Exousia previously sold under license."

I guess this means Exousia no longer have to pay royalty fees to the developer. They get to keep all the money for themself. It appears they also hired the inventor of the patents,Dr. Bernard Bauman as an advisor so I think theres a good chance the product will get better with his expertise. Good news overall.
