Appoints Marketing Consultant to Develop Business Relationships
SUGAR LAND, Texas, Jan. 30, 2008 -- Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EXOU) announces that it has begun the process to establish a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise ("WFOE") in China. WFOEs are Chinese limited liability companies that allow foreign investors to manufacture, process, and assemble in China, yet retain 100% ownership of the entity. Exousia has retained the services of a Houston-based Chinese attorney to facilitate this process.
Exousia has also engaged the services of Ms. Sonya Chiang as a Marketing Consultant. Ms. Chiang will help develop major accounts with the Chinese Government and large industrial companies for Exousia's family of industrial coatings. Ms. Chiang is a reputable marketing consultant with over twenty-five years of business development and marketing experience.

"Access to this market will require that Exousia develop a Chinese presence consistent with the business requirements, practices and traditions of the country.
