I don't know the first thing about these WFOE's, but it sounds good. Sounds like Exousia is establishing a beachead in China with a permanent management presence there.

Another nice situation here. We not only established an American-style limited liability 'corporation' in China, but we have a Chinese contact in Ms Chiang with connections to the government. This should make it much easier to win 'bids' in Chinese industry.
