Gentlemen,

Asking a few questions concerning proposed acquistions that appear to have been missed.

Reading Exousia entered into letter of contract agreement to purchase Product Spectum Group and Little Trailer Company in Elkhart, IN with assistance from the city on general bond issue.

Seems the city OK'd the bond but the deal fell thru. Anyone know why? Have the companies entered into a sharing agreement?

Does Exousia purchase material from Product Spectum Group to make thier pellets? If so is this under long term contract?

Company marketing material state plywood type panels for various applications where strength and weight are key. Anyone know of what products are available? Inteaded usage?
