If everyone will look at the overall market decline over the last four weeks, and then make an overlay of what EXOU has done over the same four weeks, you are far better off being in EXOU. A really nice base has been created within a reasonable time frame. Talk about 'holding that line,' man, the linebackers have been stuffing everything lately and the safeties have been taking the day off. Nothing to do. If we have any good news at all, this should really take off. Notice how there have been virtually no sellers in EXOU lately. Nice. All of the shareholders are holding and waiting.
