Based on the volume, it doesn't appear that anyone is 'dumping shares.' I'm considering that 'dumping of shares' would total somewhere around 20,000 to 30,000 shares or perhaps more in a single day by one party. I don't think we've had that kind of activity. What does appear to be happening is that a broker or two are holding a wall at around the .52 to .56 mark. Whenever the pps gets to that level, they are consistently, at least over the last couple of months, moving the ask down and subsequently the bid. For sure its not what the SEC promotes, but so many brokers/and or dealers do it that the SEC simply does nothing. Pretty sad commentary for securities regulations wouldn't you say? But then, look at the oversight in the mortgage crisis. Perhaps when the receptionist says they are all out of the office, they really are out playing golf as one company's TV advertisement illustrates. But when EXOU's sales are moving forward rapidly and new contracts are announced, maybe we can then get the pps moving higher. In the meantime, anyone for a round of golf?
