Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc. to Begin Delivery of Coatings to Bohai Shipbuilding in China

Company Continues Production Ramp up with One of China's Largest Shipbuilders

SUGAR LAND, Texas, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EXOU, www.exousiacorp.com), a company that manufactures advanced industrial products for worldwide infrastructure applications and engineered composites for eco-friendly wood substitutes, has begun shipping its zinc-rich epoxy primers to Bohai Shipbuilding, one of the largest shipbuilders in China.

This shipment begins the production ramp up schedule for coatings manufactured at Exousia's Tianjin blending facility. Beginning in mid 2008, the Company secured multiple distribution agreements throughout China with production ramp up scheduled to occur in 2009 to a minimum of 120,000 gallons per month. Prices will range from $25 - $75 USD per gallon. The initial shipment to Bohai Shipbuilding, a company that controls some seventeen shipyards in Asia, will be for thirty metric tons of the Power Shield(TM) advanced coatings, which equates to approximately $100,000.
