Frenchy, I think that a company with technically engineered products like EXOU will be able to trade for about 25 times EBITDA. And I also think your target of 10% is probably realistic. The real key number then is what are the revenues, and it is reasonable for EXOU to hit $20M by the end of '09, and even if they only hit $60M for 2010, then you're looking for a potential share price of around $1 by yearend 2009, and potential of around $2.50 or better by yearend 2010. I know some of the posters will say that EXOU has agreements in place that could take 2010 over $60M, but while the opportunity is absolutely there, will the capital be available to allow the company to purchase the inventory, produce the products, get them sold, and receive the accounts receivable at a much higher level. If there is adequate capital available next year, then they could hit $100M in revenue, and the pps could escalate to over $4 in 2010. That's the picture as I see it. The opportunity is certainly there for all of us to make money on this deal. Now when looking at the current pps of .50, you can easily see a 4-bagger or more from here within the next twleve months. Looks pretty darn good to me.
