So if the company only has 50mm shares outstanding, here is the math I see

$50mm in sales X 20% margin = $10mm net income

$10mm net income / 50mm shares outstanding = $.20/share

$.20 / share X 25 PE ratio = $5.00 stock

For this year

$20mm in sales X 20% margin = $4mm net income

$4mm net income / 50 mm shares outstanding = $.08 / share

$.08 share X 25 PE ratio = $2.00

I would say the risk / reward is pretty attractive then. I caught the commentary early since most folks are off this week so this thing could really start heating up in the next couple of weeks.
