(OTC Bulletin Board: EXOU), a manufacturer of advanced industrial coatings for worldwide infrastructure applications and engineered composites for eco-friendly wood substitutes, completes the structuring of a dedicated coatings division by Northern International Group (NIG) for marketing and selling Power Shield(TM) throughout Asia.
Chairman and CEO of Exousia, J. Wayne Rodrigue, explained, "While in China last week, we met with Mr. Charlie Fu, the group manager of the coatings division of NIG. Mr. Fu is bringing into this dedicated division 45 sales people recently trained by our technical staff at our Tianjin Facility. They will be in place and fully functioning in September. This division was established to work with existing customers and new customers of NIG to sell Exousia's PowerShield Coatings."
Mr. Rodrigue continued, "Mr. Fu committed to an aggressive ramp up of sales and orders for the remainder of the year. NIG's previous commitment of 200,000 gallons of coatings will bring in revenues of $8-10 million over the next twelve months beginning in September."
