Are they cash flow positive? They always seem careful to say that their Chinese operations are cash flow positive. Maybe that implies that the whole company is now cash-flow positive? I haven't been following them long enough to know.

Q2 was nothing special, but it's always been said that Q3 and Q4 will be their break-out quarters (at a minimum the revenue from NIG should start to show up) so I don't know why anyone would sell now, based on Q2 results. So, it's probably something else. With these OTCBB stocks, you never know.
