You really have to wonder if they are hiding something. If the past quarter was SO GOOD- they would be rushing to print the latest 10-k's Even the big boys- listed on the NYSE get stuff out on time. this speaks volumes about management and their reporting problems. Can't get listed on the big boards until we can fix the reporting problems.

I WANT TO MAKE $$$$ as does everyone else, but until management can reprt on time, who will buy on hype alone? Maybe the board of directors can address this reporting problem? Also, earnings guidance? But lets hope as others have said that we will see a great and cash flow positive 3rd Q!
