I think what you have here is a company with a tremendous amount of potential in China but no financial foundation (Exousia) and a company with a strong financial foundation that wants to expand into China (Evergreen).

So now we have a company that is doing $60mm baseline that can capitalize on what Exousia has in China already.

I don't know about the profit but I do know that oil / fuel distribution is a 30% margin business so taking 10 - 15% to the bottom line is reasonable. Not sure what that does overall but it is a whack better than the current team was producing.

I for one will take this over what it was looking like as it sure looks like the value will only go up as they release more info.
