Indeed an interesting post, but similar to Enron?!? Are you a past disgruntled employee?

Exousia has been very quite and with good reason. They are not paying their original employees for the past 4-5 months. They have also cut their empoyees and the employee's health insurance also and left the employee's out to dry. I'm very sure this is illegal on some basis and and investigation needs to be done.

I understand these are severe accusations, but I have my sources.

This company, i feel, is similar to Enron and fudging the books to stay alive. This "merger" between evergreen should not have happened, especially if they can't pay their employees when they've promised every day that they will pay for the past 3 months.

Also, the leased land in Channelview Texas is chained up and no work is going on. Exousia hasn't made payments to the land owner in 6 months.

I believe this to be just the tip of the iceburg.
