seems trying to be a one man show you do not know all the laws. maybe the 1st time he bought warrants could be he thought warrants were different than shares bought. Could be they are until excerised. Then he was told and fined so now he files within a day or so. Don't know why anyone would try to get away with something they can not get aaway from. So makes sense he didn't. gopd find tgar. PB
