ROUYN-NORANDA, CANADA--(Marketwire - Jan. 31, 2011) - Explor Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EXS - News)is pleased to announce that it has granted 750,000 non-transferable incentive stock options to Union Securities Ltd. to acquire shares of the Company at $0.50 for providing fiscal agency services and corporate finance advices to the Company. The non transferable options are valid for a period of one (1) year and expire January 31, 2012. The options are conditional upon regulatory approval and shall be legended with a four month hold period ending June 1st, 2011.
