ROUYN-NORANDA, CANADA--(Marketwire - July 14, 2011) - Explor Resources Inc. (TSXV:EXS.V) (Other OTC:EXSFF.PK) (Frankfurt:E1H.F) today announced that Stratastar Marketing Group LLC ("Stratastar") of Centennial, Colorado, an independent Investor Relations and Marketing firm, has been renewed as the Company's investor relations counsel.

Startastar will continue to provide investor relations and marketing services to Explor Resources inc. Stratastar will be paid a monthly fee of USD$6,000 plus allowable disbursements. Additionally, Stratastar will receive incentive stock options, subject regulatory approvals, in the amount of 250,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.465 per share, valid for a period of twelve months. These options shall bear a legend stating a hold period of four months and one day ending November 7, 2011.
